His Experience extends to specializing in hospitality development, and FF&E Purchasing.

Demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for projects nationwide. Subcontractor oversight, and contract management, which have been critical in delivering high-quality results across various developments Projects.

Throughout his career, Eric has held pivotal roles such as Sr. Vice President of FF&E Purchasing, Director of FF&E Purchasing, Project Executive, and Project Manager, consistently delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Norge Arnaiz

Principal

In June 2006, Norge embarked on the journey of establishing Restore Construction Group, Inc., a venture that would soon become a testament to his entrepreneurial prowess. Prior to this milestone, he played a pivotal role as a key partner in one of South Florida’s largest concrete restoration companies. Notably, his painting and waterproofing company, under his ownership since 1994, was acquired by this industry giant.

With an impressive tenure of over 30 years in the concrete restoration, painting, and waterproofing sector, Norge brings unparalleled expertise to both his clients and his organization. His wealth of experience is a cornerstone in delivering exceptional services and solutions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Norge takes pride in his role as a devoted husband and father of five. An enthusiast of aquatic pursuits, he is an avid boater, diver, and both fresh and saltwater angler. Norge’s zest for life extends beyond his professional and personal pursuits; he is deeply enthusiastic about personal development, embodying a dynamic spirit that keeps him constantly on the move.

Juan Castro Jr.

Juan is a Florida certified general contractor and a leader in the industry. He has over 28 years of experience and an extensive background in the construction industry, where he has successfully completed over $400 million in contracts. As a co-owner of RCI, Juan has developed and implemented policies and procedures ensuring the integrity and corporate endurance of the organization. He has established an impeccable reputation. One of his latest projects is creating operational competitiveness through a legacy of mind-set practices.

Theresa Chanter

Co-Owner/Accountant

Theresa has over 20 years in the construction industry in accounting working with large roofing companies, mechanical companies, and general contractors. Her education includes an MBA in Finance and has worked in Finance for over 20 years. Her specialties include full cycle accounting, with cost, managerial, and financial accounting for the construction industry, project management accounting assistant, taxes, audits, and a full understanding of financial statements. She also collaborates closely with the external accountant in final preparation of financials, and the CEO’s of Restore Commercial Interiors, LLC.
